Foreigners who stay from over one year to be grant residence cards from Immigration office under the Ministry of Public Security shall grant temporary residence cards. Temporary residence card for a period of one to three years, people with temporary residence cards are exempt from visas when leaving and entering the time value of the card. "Thus, the agency authorized to issue temporary residence card is the Administration Immigration and the Immigration Department. The conditions for the grant are:

- For Representative Office: Level the head of representative office (1-3 years).

- For enterprises invested 100% foreign capital shall be granted to the Board (1-3 years).

- For Company, a joint venture: To grant to the Board of Directors; If an employee must have a work permit (issued by the Department of Labor).

2.Executive board confirmation paper
3.Seal utilized permit
4.Tax code registration paper
5.Seal confirmation paper and sample of general director’s and vice-general director’s signatures
6.Declaration form and missives (sample of N5A, N5B enclosing with typed name and declared entries)
7.Original passport
8.Samples of N5A, N5B
9.01 photos 3x4 inch sized
